Meet Our Partner: Fruit and Grain
Emily Lauer of Fruit and Grain has taken the Twin Cities baked goods game by storm over the past couple years. If you have attended any of our past in-person craft markets or vintage markets, odds are you’ve smelled - or better yet, DEVOURED - her fresh Pop Tarts, Galettes, and Pies.
Since she began, Emily has run Fruit and Grain out of her home. And now, in an exciting turn of events, she is moving into her new commercial kitchen space inside of Downtown Minneapolis’ Northern Coffeeworks!
Fruit and Grain and Northern Coffeeworks operate a strictly peanut & tree nut free kitchen, taking away the stress when it comes to avoiding these types of allergens. All you have to worry about is gobbling them up!

Fruit and Grain’s Thanksgiving pie orders have just opened, and are going fast! This year, everything is pre-order only. Pie pickup will take place at Northern Coffeeworks at 1027 S Washington Ave, Minneapolis on November 25th from 12-6pm.

• Bourbon Pumpkin Pie with a single, classic all butter classic pie crust
• Pear Caramel Cardamom with a double, classic all butter crust
• Classic Apple with a double, all butter crust
• Salted Caramel Apple with a double, classic all butter crust
• Triple Berry Crumble topped pie with a single, all butter crust
• Local Cranberry Apple with a double, classic all butter crust
• Salted Maple (maldon topped maple custard) with a single, all butter crust

• Brown Sugar Sweet Potato with a single, graham cracker crust (yep available gluten free)
