REGISTRATION
Registration for full-season vendors begins on August 27 (includes a booth for all dates in the season: choose from Full Weekend - 15 dates, Saturdays only - 7 dates, or Sundays only - 8 dates).
Registration for day-by-day vendors begins 7PM on August 31
Field and Festival is a bustling hub of local farmers, foodies and makers hosted at Wagner's Garden Center, a family run business started in Minneapolis more than 100 years ago. Located at 6024 Penn Ave S, our popular holiday markets are the perfect opportunity to support local craft and food makers. Wagner's will be hosting our regular holiday markets inside the greenhouses; come check us out!
Set-up information
Location: Indoors
Booth size: 6x6' - vendors utilize the existing potting benches in the greenhouse or their own table, depending on booth placement.
Load in time: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Market hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Registration deadline: Registration closes at 8pm each Sunday for the upcoming week's market (unless it sells out before)
CANCELLATIONS:
Full season registration are not refundable for dates missed, they are "use it or lose it". Cancellation of the entire season received by October 22, 2026 will be eligible for a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.
Day-to-day registration cancellations received at least 10 days in advance of your chosen market date will be eligible to receive a refund on fees paid, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 10 days of the market will not be eligible for a refund.
